Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor in San Jose, CA to safeguard facilities, equipment and grounds. You will supervise maintenance operations, housekeeping, safety, and reliability, directing technicians and contractors to keep systems running smoothly.

The role focuses on corrective action, PMI scheduling, inspections and cost control, plus overseeing budgets, bids, and project plans to improve efficiency and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job.
• Must be willing to work flexible shift hours and on weekends.
• Experience supervising employees is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, safety and equipment system reliability.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure timely repairs and PMIs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work using a maintenance management program.
• Audit PMI completion and inspect repairs to improve efficiency and safety.
• Manage and forecast project costs, bids, and contracts for maintenance projects.
