Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor at its Fremont, CA site. The role oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards and safety compliance while managing floor staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling workflows, training employees, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting production

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Schedule workflows, assign tasks, and direct work of employees.
• Train and coach staff; identify and solve problems affecting operations.
• Lead a production team to meet targets related to safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering and quality control to optimize resources.
• Maintain regular employee meetings, timekeeping, attendance, and performance appraisals.
