Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client’s team. This Direct Hire role focuses on coordinating maintenance and facility operations, ensuring schedules and trades regulations are met.

The supervisor will support leadership and maintenance staff, act as liaison on policy, employee relations, and continuous improvement for processes and productivity. Responsibilities include performing maintenance on production equipment and diagnosing motor controls.

Qualifications

Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting & repair.
Technical degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance on production equipment
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of programmable logic controls
Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair
Works with voltage of 24v-480v
Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls on 3 phase equipment and control circuits
Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions and mechanical problems
Demonstrated ability to read and understand schematics
Designs and implements needed controls for new or refurbished projects
Helps initiate equipment procedures when updates have been instigated
Responsible for identifying parts needed for repair and getting quotes to purchase parts
