Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. The role is based at a Marion, IN site with relocation assistance.

Level 3–5 technicians are preferred, with strong experience in PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and control circuitry. The candidate will support the maintenance team, modify control circuitry, and drive improvements to the PM program while

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and process diagrams.
• Experience writing and troubleshooting ladder logic.
• Experience wiring 480V motors and 120/24V DC control circuits.
• Experience programming VFDs.
• Working knowledge of RS Logix and/or ControlLogix and SLC/MicroLogix.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance manager with technical assessments, advice and hands-on repairs.
• Provide technical expertise to Maintenance Technicians.
• Modify and design control circuitry for existing equipment.
• Perform maintenance on AC/DC circuits, PLCs, microprocessor controls and power distribution.
• Design and construct electrical control panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated high-speed production equipment.
