Job summary

Mace Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

You will oversee a skilled maintenance team, drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and uphold a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in a lead/ supervisor role, strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems, and proven root-cause analysis

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing with progressive experience.
• 3+ years in Lead Hand or Maintenance Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and assign daily maintenance activities.
• Supervise and support maintenance team through coaching, training, and performance development.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders, schedules, parts, and outside contractors.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance Planning, and other departments to minimize production interruptions.
• Monitor equipment downtime and implement actions to improve operational performance.
• Promote workplace safety, 5S, and compliance with applicable health and safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and development of maintenance procedures.
• Ensure effective shift handoffs and maintenance coverage across plant operations.
