Sazerac Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team across production facilities, aging warehouses, and site infrastructure. You will focus on equipment performance, preventative maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of maintenance experience, plus prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Be part of an award-winning culture with strong growth in the spirits industry.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
