Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will supervise mechanics, electricians, and maintenance technicians to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Required: bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of supervisory maintenance or manufacturing experience; strong MS Office skills; a track record of leadership and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, manufacturing, or related supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians to support efficient bottling and packaging line operations
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Partner with Operations teams to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and production output
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, OSHA, and company standards across maintenance activities
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational performance
