Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team across production facilities, aging warehouses, and site infrastructure. The role focuses on equipment performance, preventative maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and prior supervisory experience, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in beverage/food & beverage distilling or process manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and reliability best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facilities.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management, training, and skill development.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Help keep a growing distillery running at its best by leading maintenance and reliability efforts across production facilities, aging warehouses, and site infrastructure. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team focused on equipment performance, preventative maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems.
• Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting cost-saving projects across the site.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management, training, and skill development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Preferred

• Experience in beverage, food and beverage, distilling, or other process manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and reliability best practices.
