Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the team responsible for keeping bottling, palletizing, and conveyor systems running safely and reliably at our Kentucky facility. You will partner with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractors to implement TPM-driven improvements and equipment strategies that support high quality production.

You will develop future leaders, manage budgets, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance while building a safety-first culture across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance team's daily operations, preventive maintenance program, and safety practices across bottling, de-palletizing, palletizing, and conveyor systems.
• Select new equipment and packaging systems, negotiate pricing and delivery, and plan installations in partnership with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and implement TPM strategies and continuous improvement plans to boost line efficiency and reduce changeover times.
• Coach and develop Maintenance supervisors and operators through performance reviews, training, and development plans.
• Manage the department's operating budget, critical spare parts inventory, and compliance with OSHA and EPA.
