The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and leadership abilities, and experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and electricians to support safe, reliable production.
• Direct maintenance execution ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity.
