Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 3-7+ years supervisory/manufacturing/military or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an hourly production team to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations across shifts.
• Direct team performance, address issues proactively, celebrate successes.
• Apply data-driven decision making to reduce downtime and defects; track attendance and time.
