Winfield Property Management, managing The Park at 12Twenty, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. You will supervise upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient completion of tasks per procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five years of maintenance experience required.
• Pool, EPA, HVAC certifications preferred.
• Fair Housing Training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate building systems to determine maintenance or repairs.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules for building systems.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Obtain services of outside contractors as needed.
• Coordinate renovations and new construction projects with vendors and management.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Identify purchasing needs and coordinate within budget allowances.
• Track serial numbers and unit location.
• Maintain foreman checklist, semi-annual equipment inventory, pool, Freon, and capital improvements logs.
