Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Greenville Embassy Suites. You will assist in managing building systems and coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Your role includes coaching staff and supporting scheduling and vendor activities.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience, with supervisory background and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications preferred. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
