Job summary

Home2 Suites Greenwood SC is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Chief for our new construction opening January 2027. You will oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across guest areas and back-of-house spaces, and you will supervise labor and control costs to uphold brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of branded hotel maintenance experience, working knowledge of electricity, AC and plumbing, and a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, ac, and plumbing, plus preventive maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness are required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Train maintenance staff and ensure safety practices.
