Job summary

Embassy Suites Downtown Greenville seeks a Room Inspector to uphold brand cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

The position supports housekeeping staff, conducts inspections, and coordinates room assignments with minimal disruption to guests. Candidates with room attendant experience and a detail-oriented, independent work style are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
  • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
  • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains BRAND cleanliness standards for both guest rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
  • Trains staff in all aspects of housekeeping including guest service.
  • Administers guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports.
  • Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
  • Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.
  • Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests’ needs.
  • Ensures housekeepers know responsibilities and manage against those responsibilities.
  • Recognizes and corrects conditions which may create security, fire or accident hazards.

You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms creating exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment.
