You will plan budgets, manage inventory, and coordinate renovations to elevate guest experiences. We seek 5+ years in engineering with strong leadership, budget know-how, and CMMS/Workday familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering with maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach a team.
• Budgeting, P&L awareness, and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Workday systems.

Responsibilities
