A busy full-service hotel in Greenville NC is looking for a hands‑on engineering leader. The property has more than 150 rooms and is in the middle of a full renovation, so this role is for someone who wants to own a project, shape a department, and make things better than they found them.

Youd be leading the maintenance program, keeping the building running, and guiding techs through repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovation support. The hotel is stable, the team is solid, and ownership invests in the property.
