As a Maintenance Supervisor, your goal will be to energetically and professionally manage our multi-family community’s maintenance department. Our incredible, cutting-edge, and fast-growing company allows you to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a service team expert and valuable resource for property information. You’ll have a chance to apply your knowledge of the trades while leading and mentoring a group of dedicated technicians. This is a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is knowledgeable across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc., and enjoys a professional work environment, teamwork, stability, and customer service.

A Typical Day:

• Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives.
• Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while empowering the service team to perform at the highest level.
• Prioritize work orders and delegate assignments to assure all service order requests are successfully completed in a timely manner.
• Lead by example and troubleshoot/complete service requests as needed.
• Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provides the highest level of service, and maintains excellent resident relations and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA I and EPA II are required. CPO certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability to push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects from one floor to another.
• Maintain a professional appearance and be courteous & helpful to residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. and be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Valid Driver's License.
