UniFirst’s Atlanta, GA location is offering a $5,000 incentive bonus for new hires. Eligibility guidelines include:

  • New hire must complete 90 days of employment to receive the full bonus.
  • Must adhere to UniFirst’s 90-Day Probationary Period, including attendance and performance policies.
  • Must not have been previously employed by UniFirst.

Join Our Team! UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Supervisor to join our community. The role involves ensuring all facility equipment functions efficiently, identifying process improvements, and training maintenance staff. We offer a standard Monday - Friday work week with periodic overtime, and provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Inspecting and testing machinery to identify malfunctions.
  • Performing basic welding and repairing facilities and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and managing maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance within the maintenance department.
  • Managing maintenance budgets and training staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; technical degree is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance and supervision.
  • Knowledge of maintenance equipment, blueprints, and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work overtime as needed.
