The Ascent Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting skills and leadership of a maintenance team to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC, plumbing, electrical expertise, and the ability to manage unit turns, grounds upkeep, and resident relations with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

The Ascent Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
  

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
