Diamante Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at the community. The ideal candidate will manage repairs, coordinate turnovers, and lead a maintenance team to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintaining common areas. EPA HVAC certification is required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

Requirements
