Save A Lot is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair warehouse equipment, HVAC, refrigeration and building systems. You will manage daily work orders, PMs, and coordinate with external contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience focused on ammonia systems where applicable. A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10 days/year are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical maintenance training preferred.
• Forklift certification and industrial maintenance training are a plus.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration systems and electrical/ mechanical repair.

Responsabilités

• Service and repair warehouse equipment and document work performed.
• Complete daily work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, fire and refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate routine building maintenance and contact external contractors.
• Solicit bids and oversee contractors on projects and repairs.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and concrete tasks as needed.
• Handle exterior grounds work and routine landscaping tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment.
• Follow OSHA, EPA and Process Safety Management standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Operate and monitor anhydrous ammonia systems safely where applicable.
