Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC seeks an experienced maintenance professional to own the role at the property and deliver outstanding service to residents. You will oversee service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and aspire to take on supervisory responsibilities in a dynamic community.

Required are EPA or CPO certification and a valid driver's license, with prior apartment maintenance experience. The position emphasizes a positive, professional demeanor and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• EPA or CPO certification required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• 4 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serving residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.

• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification required!
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
