Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a residential property. You will lead maintenance efforts, respond to resident service requests, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, supervision, and coordination of preventative tasks such as pool care, lighting, and inspections, while upholding a professional, customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role or willingness to move into one.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Engage in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff as needed.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
