Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multifamily properties. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and more to keep communities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, or related skills.
• Professional appearance and teamwork mindset required.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with good communication.
• Driver's license and access to a car.
• EPA certification and CPO preferred.
• Experience with heat pumps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and carpentry as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain safety standards and adherence to company policies.
