**Summary:**
Ensure uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes throughout the facility.
**Shift:**
Sunday - Thursday: 10:30pm - 7am
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Represent the company as a management team member, promoting Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment.
- Review and improve the efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems throughout the facility.
- Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plant systems.
- Supervise team members' job performance, adherence to rules, policies, and professional standards.
- Support and coach team members for their professional growth.
- Monitor and expand Preventive/Predictive Maintenance across all facility systems and machinery.
- Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history.
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including network issues with PCs, PLCs, and man-machine interfaces.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, variable speed controllers, servo controllers, and robotics.
- Troubleshoot automated packaging machinery and process equipment like pumps, valves, meters, and mixers.
- Use working knowledge to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as support systems like steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
