Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced, multi-shift fulfillment center. You will oversee onboarding, training, development, discipline, and performance reviews, while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will manage daily tasks, coordinate with Operations, and ensure proper documentation, inventory, and timely maintenance.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven leadership skills in supervising a dynamic work team.
Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word; Access desired).
Willingness to work across multiple shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Train technicians on required safety procedures and supervise their activities.
Prioritize, schedule and assign maintenance work and preventive tasks.
Provide timely, courteous service to Operations teams and technicians.
Ensure technicians possess necessary skills and competencies.
Oversee daily activities and coordinate with Building Services for tools and parts.
Process invoices and maintain maintenance documentation.
Communicate equipment status and repairs to Operations management.
Maintain organized, clean storage and work areas.
Coach performance and apply discipline when needed.
Offer cross-training and document skills acquired.
