Job summary

Mission is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to supervise leads and mechanics on the 2nd shift at our Fresno, California facility, ensuring production equipment runs safely and efficiently, while complying with food safety standards. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, train and mentor staff, coordinate safety audits, and ensure adherence to OSHA and related regulations.

The role offers a salary range of $89,000 to $91,000 plus a $3,000 annual bonus, relocation assistance, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing plant.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity (or 4 years as a lead) in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leads and mechanics in daily activities.
• Develop, implement and follow-up plans to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.
• Perform safety and sanitation audits and participate in safety, quality and food safety committees.
• Train department employees as needed.
• Monitor and ensure work order system operates effectively and addresses safety, food safety and other operational orders promptly.
• Ensure equipment complies with OSHA regulations and operates safely.
• Maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program and follow the maintenance schedule.
• Modify equipment as approved to improve performance, safety, or food safety.
• Provide training in troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
