Job summary

TDP Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a 24/7 bakery environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation at the Chandler, AZ facility.

You will prioritize work orders, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with Production, FSQA, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, trade school, or related certification.
• Experience supporting maintenance operations in food manufacturing, bakery, or another regulated production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance technicians and aides in a safety-focused environment.
• Prioritize daily work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency needs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, resources, and priorities to support production goals.
• Set clear expectations, foster accountability, and promote safe work habits.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, spare parts, and maintenance documentation.
