Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance supervision or lead experience.
• Background in food, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance activities.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate contractor activities and capital improvement projects.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
• Reduce downtime through proactive troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
