Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Milwaukee manufacturing site. You will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate with planning and engineering, and drive a reliability-focused program to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership, lead or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED required; related technical training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS/work-order systems.
• Proven ability to lead technicians through breakdowns and drive permanent actions.
• Injection molding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching and accountability for maintenance personnel.
• Lead safe and timely troubleshooting and repair of production and facility equipment.
• Own execution of preventive and predictive maintenance and improve PM content.
• Drive elimination of recurring failures via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering and Operations to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper documentation of work, failure modes and parts used in CMMS.
• Support 24/7 maintenance coverage and critical plant emergencies as required.
• Manage outside contractors when needed and ensure safe completion.
