Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Milwaukee, WI site. You will lead maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring PM/PdM tasks and safety-critical activities are completed on time.

The role requires strong CMMS experience, data quality stewardship and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to boost equipment reliability. You will manage backlog, maintain spare parts availability and drive continuous improvement while complying with safety and Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industrial maintenance planning, reliability, or CMMS experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, mechanical/electrical maintenance, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule skilled maintenance labor for PM/PdM, planned repairs, shutdown work and safety-critical maintenance.
• Manage PM planning and scheduling, MRO, work orders and Preventive/Predictive operations in CMMS.
• Own CMMS data quality including equipment profiles, PM/PdM schedules, BOMs and labor estimates.
• Prioritize backlog based on safety, quality, delivery and cost impact; track backlog age and readiness.
• Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules with Operations and Engineering to ensure readiness.
• Define scope, labor, parts, tools, drawings and safety requirements for planned work.
• Maintain critical spare parts lists, equipment BOMs and min/max stocking; mitigate risks.
• Review downtime and work order history to identify recurring failures for corrective actions.
• Close significant work orders with details to support reliability analysis.
• Track KPIs like PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog age and critical spare availability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and increase equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and write CMMS procedures for PM tasks.
• Navigate CMMS to schedule preventive activities and report outcomes.
• Perform other duties including 5S and meetings.
