Stryten Energy’s Milwaukee site seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, drive reliable repair, and transition to a preventive, reliability-focused program. You will coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Safety and Production Control to boost uptime and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership, lead or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED; industrial maintenance education preferred; Engineering degree a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis and CMMS.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willing to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching and accountability for maintenance personnel, including work assignment and performance management.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and ensure safe operation before closeout.
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance, improving PM content and frequency with the planner.
• Drive root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures; escalate to Engineering with clear data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Safety and Production Control to minimize disruption.
• Manage outside contractors and ensure work is completed to standards.
• Support maintenance cost control, scheduling and parts planning with the Planner.
• Participate in daily/weekly operating reviews and communicate major equipment issues and risks.
• Support capital projects, installations and commissioning with Engineering.
• Ensure documentation in CMMS is complete and up-to-date.
