Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our nursing centers clean, safe, and well maintained. You will perform repairs and support activities to ensure a pleasant environment for residents and staff.

Role responsibilities include basic repairs, HVAC filter changes, stocking supplies, and stepping in for supervisor when needed, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a respected long-term care provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of wiring.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, and related equipment.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment.
• Carry, lift and stock supplies.
