Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Naperville to lead mechanics and electricians, drive TPM and PM programs, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, onboarding, and coaching to build a high‑performing team while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

You will manage SAP/CMMS work orders, coordinate with planners, oversee outages, and report performance with dashboards to minimize downtime and maximize line reliability in a bakery environment.

Qualifications

• GED/ High School Diploma completed –required.
• Bachelor's degree – preferred.
• Knowledge in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, or Maintenance Excellence are a plus.
• 3+ years Maintenance Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance teams through daily management systems.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, budgeting, scheduling, and coaching.
• Manage outages, safety and quality audits, and compliance with union agreements.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers, and vendors to optimize maintenance plans.
