Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment. You will lead maintenance staff, foster teamwork, and drive safety, quality, people, service, and cost goals across the facility.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily work with vendors and internal teams, implementing policies, monitoring productivity, and guiding training and performance management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing/operations or completion of Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
• Plan daily work schedule by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance, and corrective action.
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
