Position Details:

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Typical Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, including training and performance evaluation
• Review workload, assign tasks, and oversee maintenance activities
• Maintain, inspect, and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities safely
• Track performance, generate reports, and implement corrective actions
• Promote excellent customer service
• Enforce safety policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial Maintenance or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments
• Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards
• Understanding of electrical safety and combustible dust regulations
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or vehicle maintenance

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to lift various objects
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and kneel as needed
• Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
