• Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift (Sunday - Thursday: 4am - 12pm)

• Salary: $75,582 - $94,447 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with the completion of and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develop sanitation standard operating procedures.
• Develop work schedules, measure performance, and monitor trends as a Sanitation Supervisor.
• Conduct safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, and paperwork in collaboration with production and maintenance to meet plant objectives.
• Develop Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for sanitation activities.
• Monitor GMP provisions and team member practices related to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of specific experience and 2+ years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree.
