Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Affordable Housing communities in Woolwich Township, NJ. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, supervise repairs, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction while coordinating with the Community Manager on budgets and inspections.

The role requires HVAC certification, 5+ years in residential maintenance, and strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.

Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
