Position: SECOND SHIFT Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on, working supervisor for our second shift maintenance needs. Duties include:

1. Keeping all production machinery operating at peak efficiency
2. Maintaining building, material handling, and building systems
3. Ensuring an adequate stock of spare parts and keeping an inventory of those
4. Supervising and training other second shift maintenance staff, and coaching production personnel on machinery

Skills and Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a food production environment
• Availability to work approximately 45 hours per week at our facility, with availability outside of hours via phone and email
