Location: Iowa City Rehabilitation and Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Ensure building(s), equipment, utilities, and grounds are maintained according to facility policies.
• Advise supervisor on supply and repair needs.
• Make rounds, assess, and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with large repairs and conduct preventative maintenance, including logging water temperature, call lights, generator, and fire alarms.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Transport as needed.
• May oversee Maintenance Department in the absence of the supervisor.
