• Reports to : Property Manager
• Compensation : $23 - $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Regular attendance is crucial, as you represent Banyan Living and our property owners.
• A reliable form of transportation is required.
• Must arrive on time and be prepared to lead the team daily.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours is important during high-demand maintenance periods.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance is preferred.
• All candidates are subject to a background check, with employment contingent on findings.
• Compliance with the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures is a must.
