Job Details

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians on night shift
• Develop, monitor, and lead preventative maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and support equipment and line operations
• Manage timecards, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Order and track necessary repair parts and supplies
• Drive safety and process improvement initiatives
  
  

What you'll need for this role

• 2+ years of maintenance leadership preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ideal
• Familiarity with CMRP, UltiPro, Google Suite
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
