Job summary

Freedom Park Apartment community is seeking an experienced Supervisor Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee on-site upkeep and rapid response to service requests. The role focuses on A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, ensuring market-ready turnover and quality resident service.

The position requires on-site work, valid ID, 12+ months of experience, and on-call availability, with HVAC certification as a must-have qualification.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• Possess valid identification.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Energetic and self-motivated.
• A/C certification – HVAC required.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
