Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor I
AAMCI is hiring a Lead Maintenance employee to join our team at a 50-unit Senior/Elderly RD/Tax Credit community in Vero Beach, FL.
The community is an affordable housing community with RD/LIHTC rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified elderly or disabled individuals. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development, and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
This position participates in on-call emergency duties for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pays a premium rate for each call-out. Pay starts at $20.00 depending on experience.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, including paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
