Maintenance Supervisor

My client, who operates in the power industry, has an immediate need for a highly qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; ideally an Associate's or Engineering degree
• Minimum of 7+ years in a similar role in a heavy industrial plant (chemical, power, steel, etc.)
• Ability to lead day-to-day maintenance activities for the plant (manage outages, plan long-term maintenance, etc.)
• Previous experience managing budgets
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and be on call occasionally
• Experience with maintenance of gas and/or steam turbine generators, rotating equipment, and electronic controls and monitoring devices
