Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cicero, NY property at 8701 Knowledge Lane. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am, with rotating on‑call evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will oversee interior and exterior upkeep to maintain curb appeal and unit readiness. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and life insurance.

Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Cicero property located at 8701 Knowledge Lane. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
