Job summary

Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Harborview property in Oswego. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am, with rotating on-call responsibilities for evenings and weekends.

• Ensure units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality through oversight of work orders, turnovers, and projects.
• Communicate significant incidents, issues and concerns to the Property Manager in a timely manner.

Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Harborview property located at 68 W. First St. Oswego. Pay range is $25-$27/hr.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
