Job summary

Housing Visions Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Harborview property in Oswego, NY. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am, with rotating on-call for evenings and weekends.

Salary ranges from $25 to $27 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee interior and exterior upkeep, ensure properties meet company standards, and communicate significant incidents to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Supervisor oversees interior and exterior upkeep of all assigned housing units.
• Ensures units and buildings meet Housing Visions' standards for integrity and quality.
• Communicates incidents and concerns to the Property Manager in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and overall appearance of units and properties.
• Directly supervise maintenance tasks, turnovers, and projects.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and respond to on-call incidents as needed.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $27.00 Hourly

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Harborview property located at 68 W. First St. Oswego. Pay range is $25-$27/hr.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
