Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Syracuse for a full-time, benefit-eligible role. Work schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm, and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am, with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $21–$24/hr DOE.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and entails handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep of residential units across Syracuse offices.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair for Housing Visions residential units.
• On-call evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.

The Maintenance Technician position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at one of our Syracuse offices. Must be available for rotating on call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $21-$24/hr. DOE.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units. Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours on rotation.
